Have we read for each other before?

Here is what the cards show--this person has a clear plan in place, is this person appearing strategic to you? Did this plan involve a monetary increase, promotion, or opportunity? Was something is high value at stake? This is reflected here in the 3 of wands + Ace of pentacles.

Now, when the Ace appeared, I thought--someone must be behind all of this, somehow helping AR (for some reason, this came to mind).

I pulled another card--and lo and behold--Queen of Pents, clarified by the 6 of wands--is there someone who is working for AR or helping behind the scenes? Is this person high ranking in the environment you are in? A manager type? This person has helped AR get this opportunity, or has a LARGE role to play in which way this person has been "successful" with her plans so far. Does this resonate?

For the future, the Strength card appears, which shows much swagger and devotion to moving forward with the plans and action of the Ace and Wands, but as a clarifiying card, the 3 of swords show up, showing disappointment. Looks like this person's plans won't be coming to fruition in the way they expected, and they will extremely disappointed.

So, to answer your question--yes, I do think this person will be stopped, but they will put up a good fight and will also move forward for a bit longer before being let down. Could be their hubris gets the best of them?

thank you for this reading and your clarifying cards. she's still in the 'good times' but I always believed there is something off in her situation and your cards show the madness can be stopped.

your reading is pretty accurate. can I ask you another question, about my situation. I am wondering if you can see any thing good occurring from working with KG and BB? Will I be successful with them?
