it's funny because I don't even feel the energy stagnant so he must be having you in his thoughts emotions perhaps even dream perhaps even prayers. there's a sense of getting to you so maybe you're feeling this person's energy because he's closing out whatever it was he needed time to adjust or work on and is making his way towards you

If she is born on the 10th, then yes they are going through tough times with getting money from other sources (pay, etc.). The Saturn in Scorpio transit isn't helping, but that should get better later this year. She has also experienced some changes financially with a partner or other source of income. They have had some pressure put on them relationship wise, too.

If her birthday is the 22nd, then her emotions have been affected as well as her relationships with coworkers, neighbors and friends (might makes right and can go either way).

Thanks Cherful. I think you are picking up Bob and that's good. He lost his wife years ago and did move away and came back about two years ago.

TS is a guy who moves from person to person and doesn't realize at least not yet that he should look at compatibility, too, and not just how someone looks. I notice when my health is struggling, I pick up TS more.

I did a solar chart for your friend and transiting Pluto is in their third house.
