Hmm did something happen between you and J that was unexpected or was there a sudden change recently? I think he's a little wrapped up in his own head right now and seems to be a little disappointed by something but isn't wanting to communicate that with you necessarily. I wouldn't take it personally but he seems to be really evaluating things and needs time alone to process everything. It's possible he doesn't even know how he feels right now so I'd say just give him some space for a while to figure it out, if you try to get answers from him he'll probably just stay detached until he's ready anyway...

S is an old flame who I still shamelessly have feelings for but Ive been trying to stay disconnected.. I cut off contact with him a few weeks ago and I'm not sure what his reaction (if anything) was..

Not sure what to make of the romance cards but it seems you'll enjoy the environment and will be welcomed into the group, people there should be warm and supportive overall. But with 2 of cups rx maybe there could be some personal drama or one employee in particular you don't get along with.. Hierophant shows there might be strict rules but this is a stable job as long as you're willing to "conform" to the way they do things..

To me it sound like to expect a bit to much of this move. You have to be organize and more importantly realist on what can be done. I see some delays but nothing of an epic proportion.
No need to push so that everything will enter because the move will happen even if not everything is perfect.

For your reading, it's true that I think a lot about my own balance and if I want to change my job or not, began studies or not, buy a flat or not... So love had a very small place in my life until recently.
