From these placements, I can tell that the way you appear to people is that you are very impressive to them and you easily gain respect. When a weaker person of authority is in the room with you people automatically look up to you in all situations because you have a stronger presence and command over things. You are reserved, but not in a way that makes you appear to be completely alienated and detached from your environment, but in a way that as a child/teenager that your peers couldn't relate to your ways of thinking and preferring to things the old-way and they thought you were more like an adult rather than one of them. Adults complimented you for your hard work and interest in academic subjects and they favored you over the other students. Ever heard of the "Teacher's pet"? Or an archetype similar to that...
You are methodical, studious, prudent, and take yourself very seriously. However, with the affliction Saturn makes to Mercury while being on the Ascendant I sense that you are a perfectionist and you like everything to be in top order or else you hate it. You expect everyone to follow under your rules and you're easily disgusted when people fall out of line. You can't stand disorganization but yet I feel even when you get a 90 on something you feel you have to work harder and harder until that grade becomes perfect, a lot of insecurity and cynicism with your intelligence but outwardly you seem to be perfect.

Sun in 6th.. this can manifest as a lot of issues with health or concern with it (since Saturn is very dominate with you I'm going to go with a lot of insecurities and issues with it) but let me see the 6th house ruler..
6th house ruler is Moon in Aries conjunct 2nd house

Could these health problems manifest about your throat, neck, or spine?

6th house stellium, you feel you have to serve people and even help them with your intelligence .. I bet you had a lot of people asking you to help you with your homework, right? haha

With Venus-Chiron opposite Saturn you have had to heal people through their relationships by becoming hurt on your own, you suffered a lot of losses and "loves that got away" with this effect,
you suffer while your partner heals.. is this right?
You have issues in romance and you can't express your affections fully..

Moon sq Neptune-Uranus and Sun proves this, and it trines Mercury
showing that you prefer to distance yourself from others (bad relations with mother, I assume) and you delude yourself thinking this is what your partners want and don't mind, you have a cloudy perception of others peoples emotions and easily feel alienated by it.
