I am getting to the point where it's time to choose a new project to focus on.

Five candidates float to the top of the list:

1. Non-fiction, popular science
2. Autobiographical project
3. Biographical project on a love quadrangle
4. Literary theory
5. Human sexuality statistical study

And my chart:

... Human sexuality statistical study?

... such as ... helping me design a study to isolate root causes of erotophonophilia and autassassinophilia in those who report it in either a fetishistic or nonhomicidal population? Specifically, I'd like to look at individuals on the addiction spectrum, especially sexual anorexia, but classic-type sex addiction, too.

Someone we both know has a notion that, if properly isolated, it could be studied in the fetishistic context, (controlled setting) which could then be potentially used as an outlet. We're hypothesising that, the homicidal urge is nothing more than the frustrated libido combined with X which leads to lust murder.

Naturally, I'm looking for X.

I could really use your background, to be frank. In certain areas, I'm out of my depth here.

Haha-- actually no! My idea is to do a factor analysis of spectrum/greyA kink. I want to compare sensory synesthesia to emotional synesthesia. (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24137152)

I'd also be happy to help with the erotophonophilia and autassassinophilia project-- I'm just not sure we could get enough participants who are consciously drawn to those subjects. Only 27 members in the group, so less than 15 per group.

I think you should do 3. I have many reasons.. but the greatest of which is Pluto transiting your 7th house and you are natally a 5th house pluto. with uranus there also... you would no doubt have a long laundry list of subjects willing to tell you their tales.

Interesting... Pluto Transits 7th:

"Pluto’s transit through your 7th house will bring a new or renewed relationship that will transform your life." "Most tensions encountered during this transit are not because of the other individuals involved, but are only mirrors of your own inner psychic needs and impulses."

Pluto natally 5th:
"A powerful urge to express creativity, and art may be pursued with obsessive passion. Artwork and hobbies are expressed with drama, intensity and even heaviness. Creative gifts may be out of the ordinary and have a profound effect on others. Those with Pluto here have strong creative forces in whatever they do, and they want to do it to the fullest, they get totally, passionately and even obsessively involved."

Uranus in 5th: " you are attracted to highly eccentric, creative, or unusual companions. "

Hi TyrianPurple,

Looking at your 10th house and Neptune as its ruler in your sixth, how about something different:

Intuition/imagination as a means to expand your mind and you can answer the question: why does anything have to be finite?

You have your moon conjunct Neptune natally in your sixth as well making a good aspect to your Mercury in the 2nd house of finances.

Thanks TP.

I don't know if you agree, but the 6th house I've often read is just "work" and the 10th house is your "career", but what you had said makes complete sense, too. They have very psychic aspects in their chart, too, whether they have developed them or not.

Have a great day!

Wow, Spring-- good call! I just got a huge string of 'hits' off moon conjunct neptune in sixth. Lots and lots of very strong hits:

"With your natal Neptune in your 6th house, you may have a hard time dealing with the mundane aspects of life, and this can make you irresponsible if you take it too far.

You can help others in big ways, but then not take credit for it and let them take advantage of you.

The 6th house rules your health, and you may suffer from illnesses that are hard to diagnose, are rare, or are sensitive to treatments.

You can work in the arts, music, something to do with feet, animals, or water, or through the metaphysical, spiritual, or subconscious."

"You have an active imagination and love to daydream, but you could daydream your life away.

You need to have a strong spiritual self, and feel instinctually.

You’re highly sensitive, and this can be your biggest asset or liability.

You care a great deal for others, but you can also be irresponsible, insecure, and act like a martyr. "

I love tarot, but astrology's been inaccessible to me. I'm starting to get the appeal.
