So it seems like Carlito has been someone very empowering and exciting for you to be around. He makes you see possibilities in everything. You are starting to feel really good about your connection. It seems like he may be going through some hard times though, which you may or may not be aware of. It's probably financial or something to do with his home life. The cards seem to be saying you should wait and see, let things play out a bit more. The Four of cups here seems to be saying that you might end up fixating on these negatives in his life/situation if you don't sit back and let things progress/grow for a bit. It will help you understand him and the situation better. It's not a no per se, but a not right now.

King of cups - From the cards, he seems like a very nice man, does he have lighter colored hair by any chance? He is sophisticated, mature.

The judgement - this is a card of new beginnings, hope and faith being restored within dating realm. I feel like if you do, it won't be continous, you seeing him or dating.

Three of Swords - I feel like if you do, there will be some upsets and heartaches for one reason or another, like I said above it might be a one time thing you meet up with him then nothing after that.

I get a psychic reading once a year on December 31 lol to see what 2014 brings me, and I specifically remember the person saying 'avoid shady/secretive' people. And he is the only shady/secretive person that I know of. I had a fcked up dream once, I dreamed that I met up at his place and him and his friend drugged my drink.

First of all, I gotta say your chart seems pretty cool. You got Pluto in the 1st house, so you might come off as intense, mysterious.
