I'm currently having a panic attack, or about to I can't tell. All I know is I'm hot and can hardly breathe. This would be my fourth in the past three days. May I please have a reading? I want to know where these are coming from. Can exchange but it will have to be later.

I really think you should see a doctor about this.
I donīt mean there is really something physically wrong (I can`t know that of course), but at least then you will know for certain, and can develop ways to deal with these episodes better.

Hope you went. It's always good to check this out & take care of yourself & take it serious.
If you have been taking anything to calm your mood lately (cause of the stress), be it something to sleep better, an extra wine or other 'calmers', please let them pass by (unless your doc prescribed them now). But this can/could trigger the anxieties.

Panic Attacks are nothing to sneeze at. The only one I have ever had was in Las Vegas and I think the atmosphere triggered it. Does not matter the cause, a doctor needs to diagnose and you can tell everyone here is worried about you....
