Can someone give me a reading about my mother and me? Our relationship is currently strained. I natally have moon square pluto and conjunct saturn which points to a mother who is controlling and emotionally cold. When I was younger she would go into my room and read my diary. I dont trust her. I specifically would like to know if she will start giving me freedom a bit...I am 20 and she freaked out when she found out I drink alcohol. She also doesn't want me to date till I'm 30 like she did. All my life every summer she would lock me up inside and I wasn't aloud to go out. I was very isolated when younger and this yeat I sort of went wild because I couldn't stand being trapped, I feel like I missed out on life alot. Thanks. It's great that things will get better but the problem is she's the type that sweeps things under the rug. We NEVER talk through our problems, she just pretends they aren't there. When I got drunk nights ago, I poured my heart out. I don't remember everything I said but one thing I remember saying was that she was emotionally cold and that she never said I love you and she never talked about who my dad really was. She mocked me the next morning, and apparently I said other things. I was very drunk and I remember thinking maybe tomorrow morning when I'm sober things will change since I poured my heart out. But
nothing. She just mocks me. And she still hasn't talked about my dad. She promised me that she would I b
blacked out certain times but I specifically remembered that she promised. About the financial thing, well financially she doesn't have the best job, she's a housekeeper for rich people. I would like to move out however I'm not financially secure enough, I'm just a cashier and I'm still in school. I have to say money is not the conflict in our relationship, it's the whole smothering, not giving me enough independence and freedom. Not being aloud to experiment. She grew up in a religious convent doesnt mean that she has to inflict her past in me. Anyways sorry for the long rant, I'm just emotionallly exhausted. IP: Logged |

It's ok, I understand But I feel I wasn't clear enough. The Sun upright it's like... it's not just things getting better, but EVERYTHING you wish for coming to you effortlessly.
You'd like her to be more emotional? She will, just give her time, you don't have to do anything more than you have been doing.
You want her to tell you about your father?She will. Again, just let her do it on her own way, on her comfortable time space.

Transit & progression wise: I see progressed moon in Gemini in the 3rd house. Also, you are soon having your lunar return. I never had one, but I heard it's a 'grown up stage'. There is a strong emphasis on communication and making connections in this stage of life. Gemini emphasises communication and just chatting away with new people. Your moon feels at home here.
