Sic! I would like to exchange with someone I have exchanged with in the past, anyone 
The question is what came over me? This feeling like I've been crying for hours though I haven't , it's tearing me up and there's no physiological explanation. It's really bad like I'm barely here, like I am a lump of intense sadness/ longing (haters can party ). Is it another person I am feeling (yes it feels like someone's vibe) ? It's unfamiliar, so cant be someone i know, so who is it I am feeling?
