Hi

Don't try to panic too much about this. The more you will worry about it, the more unbalanced you will start feeling.
It can have many causes, from having been going through a lot, emotions coming up, big changes in life, through an actual hormonal imbalance, etc.
If your relationships haven't been good and/or you keep stepping in the same pitfalls then it's clever to look into this with someone specialised and see if you can work on that. So you can compliment yourself on wanting to look into it.
As for you being able to ask the question 'am I crazy', actually tells you, you are not. Otherwise you wouldn't ask it in the first place.
Don't try to think the worst or keep focussing on that. Sometimes it's just life events.
If you are going to see the doc anyway, perhaps it can help to tell yourself that until then, you will just let it pass and focus on other things & then discuss it with him/her.

Yeah, my mom said the same thing lol. I don't think it's really anything about my lifestyle, a lot of things have happened to me that I haven't dealt with. I feel like I'm just paying the price for it now unfourtenatley.

Aaaahh no prob! Come and talk about it anytime! It is much better out than in . My Scorp son talks and talks to me a lot and i have told him about depression and expressing oneself and not to be isolated in it

That's great! I try to talk to my mom but she doesn't really understand how sensitive I am about stuff and it really affects me. She thinks I'm just being ridiculous.

Join the Scorp Club! . My mother and sister didnt get me either and i felt out on a limb somewhat. I found them both harsh and somewhat insensitive and felt misunderstood..but like i said it makes you strong. Scorp is one of the most resilient signs, so we are alwasys going to be okay
