LOL I just realized we both have Siva in 11th house. (it is also an important house in the composite, containing Sun, Siva, Mercury, Neptune, Sappho, Lilith and God knows what else.

No my Draco Parvati does not aspect his Draco Siva.
However his Draco Siva is at 26 Leo, and my tropical Parvati is at 28 Leo, so they are conjunct.
Interestingly his Tropical Siva on 28 Cap is exactly quinkunx my Parvati.

This is an interesting observation.
but actually they are out of orb: his Venus at 24 Leo, my Neptune at 29 Pisces.
However in the tropical charts, Jupiter is my chartruler, and Mars is ruler of his intercepted Aries in 1st house, plus his ASC Pisces is ruled traditionally by Jupiter, and my Jupiter is very closely opposite his Mars-Jupiter-conjunction, one of the backbones of our tropical synastries (and it includes the chartrules and the dispositors of his Sun and Moon and my Sun, and both 7th house rulers. lol)

Yes, it seems it does. Though I am not sure how AWARE he is of what is happening. But he often reacts very instantly to a thought of mine, that was just, well usually just when I become aware of that thought, so does he, as it seems. Maybe it is just coincidence. But he often startled me doing that, and sometimes I wonder how much he really knows.

Well, not in Draco chart itself, but here is how it translates to the tropical chart.
Firstly his Draco KAALI is on 5.24 Cancer
so that means it opposes
my tropical Venus 6.07 Capricorn
and maybe even my Isis-Osiris-conjunction on 7 and 8 Capricorn.
It is ALSO conjunct my tropical TARA 6.52 Cancer and tropical EXCALIBUR on 5.35 Cancer
(I mention Excalibur, cause it fascinates me that it is sitting on my DRaco Juno, opposing my Venus and my Tristan, and widely squaring my Isolda on the IC-Alma-Aura-conjunction - makes me think of the Arthurian lifelines. lol. And of course his own Excalibur is on 00 Cancer, not far from it, and conjunct his Alma-IC)
While looking up tropical Tara and Excalibur, I sort of noticed that in my Draco Tara and Excalibur are conjunct his Draco ASC. lol
His Dr Excalibur sits on my Draco Pluto on my Dr MC. Well let`s better not go there.
But more interesting is his Kaali in my tropical chart.
