I'm very sorry to tell you that no, he does not have a genuine interest. Good news is that he also doesn't have one for anyone else, in fact, what A truly want is just to be single.
The wheel of fortune rx is about bad luck, delays and shockingly unpredictable news or events. This, combined wit the next card, I think is telling that you didn't expect it to be so bad.
So, I know this sounds harsh, but he sees you as a burden and he'll try to ignore you completely.

Hum... I'm getting a very strong sense that a 3rd party is coming into the picture during this period of time, and I believe it's on his side. However, I sense this will be a female who is interested in him, and not the contrary. He has feelings for you and they will grow as he gets to know more of you, but I don't see him making any bold moves. This will be something he will keep secret for a while... I think he likes to analyse and get a solid vision of the situation before he puts himself out there. With you, however... I'm actually getting the sense that by the end of the 6 months, you will grow apart, but mostly because your interest in him will fade away... It's not that you will suddenly dislike who he is, it's just that you'll start seeing him as a friend, and just that. I see friendship for you in the long run. Right now, HJ seems to be pretty closed, way too self-conscious and in too deep into his own world... There are definitely many things he isn't sharing with you at this time. I feel even a bit of sadness on his part... He will eventually gain back his strength and be more open towards you, but his boundaries will still be there. You seem to be the one more willing to take a risk, but somehow it's as if you feel you're carrying a heavy burden on your back... I think you're the big support and "glue" of this relationship. I'm sorry to say but I see disappointment coming for you in regards to this man... I see you pondering a final decision and I think it will lead you to cut your romantic ties with this guy.

OK so for your question what is coming up in general regarding love/romance in the next few months...

Time to move on: Its time to let go of the old and worn out so that new can come in
Rochelle: I always interpret this card as 'listen to your heart'
Archangel Uriel: emotional healing needs to brake place
Azure: Your desired outcome will occur in the very near future, have patience and faith and don't try and force it to happen.

So from these cards it seems that before anything new can come into your life regarding love & romance, there are some old relationship(s) that you need to release/let go of...almost like spring cleaning I'm guessing might have to do with P or A since you mentioned these. The guidance is to listen to your heart and not your ego, when making this decision. Once you decide to let go and allow yourself to heal emotionally from this relationship, then you will acquire what it is you truly desire.

What a lovely reading, thank you so much! I can resonate very much with it. I was just thinking about this a few days ago... I think I'm at a time when I need to "cut ties" with every love connection that I have at the moment because none of them are being healthy for me. So your "listen to your heart" advice is pretty much spot on. In regards to P., I'm pretty much over it. It's too much of a messy situation for me and I really need to put a full stop to this one. I genuinely don't want to get involved with him anymore. A. is a bit more difficult right now... But it seems that one is over aswell. However, it doesn't feel totally over yet, for some reason... Maybe the disappointments that you're seeing are related to him, in a way. I will be seeing P. again in September, after not having seen him for about 2 months. I may feel comfortably detached now, but I'm sure it won't be that easy when we're face to face, so maybe there's that too...

General reading on what is coming up for me regarding romance/love in the next few months.

I looked into the next 2 to 3 months. I sense this will be a very important time for you to look within yourself and really work on how you feel and what's missing.
