I still have your chart from before, so I'll base my answer on what I'm seeing from a friendship perspective:

You have transiting Pluto starting to square the planet ruling your 12th house cusp relating to social and bring up anything that may have given you trouble in the past. I asked if it would be the the area you want it to be in and I got queen of wands. I'd view this as a most likely, but even if its not you will still be happy. The queen of wands is an optimistic driven woman.

I'm thinking it may be a newspaper ad--there was one I was looking at (instead of a listing). I will be getting someone to advise me, so that should help me with the paperwork.

You also have transiting Pluto opposing your natal Mars in cancer near your ascendant--be soft in your approach, very clear/honest and focus on balance going forward--express to them fairness--your mercury in libra--diplomacy should help you.
