What was he thinking or feeling when he saw me. His friend was talking to him and then you get a glimpse of me and just started staring through the window... It was like a good 30 seconds of me and him staring at each other as I'm walking past him and I was the one that broke the eye contact.

I want to know everything that was going through his mind even if after the fact a day or two or whatever he was thinking of it or me

He definitely thought he lost an opportunity, be it to approach you, or a past thing that went wrong. The feeling is that he lost something.
When he saw you, even though you couldn't establish a verbal communication, there was this feeling of being very in tune with each other, like you were talking through yours eyes, with your minds. If so, he could be feeling deeply insecure, fearing about getting in touch again because of past issues. If not, he's fantasizing quite a lot about your brief encounter, in a very sensitive and emotional way. The other opposite is just blocking his emotional side, complete cancellation of feelings because he just knows he has to face the situation with a dose of reality: that you slipped away. No, not a misunderstanding, we've cutted comunication for some time and now it's back again quite fervently. It's just that we don't see each other since February because he went abroad. I'm just curious

.... And what he thinks of you now is undecided. So that's where I was confused it didn't seem like something had happened but yet it seems he was a bit distant of how to take you.... So that makes sense about your explanation

Yep he's an ex who suddenly out of the blue married this girl even though we were dating.... So we have a past. I got really angry with him and sent an email to his wife letting her know what he was doing. That was a year ago I have not talked to him since but I know I got calls from him but he hung up there was one that I knew was him it was recent.... All of this was before the moment when we saw each other. Since we've seen each other he has not tried to contact me.

What did he think I was feeling or thinking because I can't be too sure if I was giving him a dirty look on that it was truly like a plan to stare... I tried to show no emotions but toughness!
