Tonight I kind of got laid off.. I work as a waitress in a known restaurant of my city. My boss, out of the blue, told me that I should start looking for another job because there is tension between other waiters and me ( I never been told by anyone).. That I don't work as well or as hard as them, and a few others things that are completely untrue. I feel like such an idiot for all the times I refused to go out because I worked a double the next day and wanted to do my best, for all the times I covered others mistakes, while in the meantime everyone has been reporting my every single mistake to her...I had to move back to my parents temporarily while I was looking for a new apartment but now I am jobless and 25 and stuck at home...My worst nightmare. I need a reading...Can someone tell me what my bosses intentions really were in "firing" me (though she didn't give me a time when I won't be working, she said we can still work this out but I don't want to stay as I feel unwelcome)... Funny enough two of the waiters who are her friends are not going back to school and broke and need more hours.... Anyway, here's some transits too if you can tell me what would indicate getting fired. IP: Logged |

Sorry for your job loss Keep your chin up. In regards to this situation, yes, it were unjust decisions. There was gossip and dislike, which lead to this. I think mainly one guy was the one who started it. Would have a big mouth anyway and not as concentrated on his job all the time, but charisma & more of an alpha male. The letting you go was decided to restore the balance in the team. I think in that case it's also a problem of the company where there's no unity & it invites competition between the workers. For you personally it's a time to start changing things around. This is part of a larger process going on in your life where you should let go all that's no longer working. So just go along with it & try to get your life and wishes back on track. The more you resist, the more difficult it becomes. Also own up to where you have been putting your energy, because it's splintered when it comes to direction. That also cause friction within (and thus outside of you). Be well & don't ponder on this too much. If it's not working, best to let it go IP: Logged |

All bark, no bite is what I'm getting. No substance to the firing at all!Move on from that. It isn't worth it. IP: Logged |

Yeah. I concur with MinceyMouseHey, you have Pluto in 6th like me- so you really apply yourself a lot at work. transiting Mars in 6th and Saturn also there suggests that work may have gotten to a point where it was really aggressive and oppressive. Plus the moon is transiting the 6th house now which suggests to me that you took very much what was being said by your boss and co-workers personally. Like they stabbed you in the back etc. Express what anger there is left and leave it be. Sorry for the outcome though IP: Logged |

I don't see much regarding the firing. I see more money on the way. I think you just needed to shed this job. ------------------ Tarot Readings | Etsy Leo ♌️ Sun, (2nd House), Venus (3nd House) Scorpio ♏ Moon,Mars,Saturn (5th House) Cancer ♋ Rising Svātī Nakshatra IP: Logged |

thank you so much love! I wish i could offer an exchange but I am quite new to this. I am pretty intuitive and give good life advice in general, so if you have a yes/no question I can give you a bit of an answer but I am still learning. so funny you say it is a guy who started as a few months ago...one of my coworkers/waiters was all over me, but he was seeing another girl at the time. he kept on insisting they are just friends to me, but everyone seemed to know they were dating.. anyway, one night after he drove me home we ended up sleeping together. I had to stop things halfway through as it really didn't feel right and I think I bruised his ego... that specific waiter is my boss's favourite (she's not much older than him and into younger men) and its a weird work environment where my boss drinks and parties with her own employees. I've started getting ostrasized since then. wow! thank you so much for shedding light, I trust wayyyy better things are coming my way. I was never a snitch, and I refuse to work in an environment where that kind of behaviour is encouraged. thank you!!! IP: Logged |

thank you Loaded Pistil, Mincey and Aries!! You are wonderful! If I can offer an intuitive yes/no answer to a question you have, or just general life advice as I am quite new to astrology and can't do much other readings... much love xx <3 IP: Logged | |
