8 cups - Hermit - Chariot - 7 pents - 7 wands
I think there are forces working for you to find a house, even if it's not this one. Be patient, keep at your daily routine and savings plan and eventually you'll succeed. It might take a bit of a fight though, maybe a bidding war. You're ready to move on and have your own new place, I can see that.
