Four of cups- He is kind of in middle deciding what he thinks some times its an attraction other times he is not sure of the attraction. Maybe like, your not his type ideally but none the less he thinks yoyr attractive he trys pinpointing what makes you attractive.

I think he thinks you are a girly girl. He thinks you look good but he feels like you are not very confident or sure of yourself idk. I think he is unsure if what he really thinks of you. Venus in between signs on the cusp so that denotes uncertainty. One one side he thinks you are confident but in the other he thinks you are a bit self criticizing and not very confident.

And do you find him strange or met him in a strange way? Is he strange in some way. Uranus is exactly conjunct descendant lol.

Gentleman + Moon + Rider = Snake
He has strong affections for her and a romantic connection to her, but he believes she is sneaky or hides something from him - not completely honest with her feelings and this worries him. He tries to act accordingly with her in the public but there is a lot of skeletons in the closet with that relationship.
