I did get married this year but someone left me quite broken hearted in 2010 and I hung on and tried to fix the relationship until early 2012-ish. I met my husband at the end of April in 2012 and in June of 2012, my horrible ex tried to reconcile with me.

I told him no and told him that I had finally moved on and his timing was crappy. Of course, he freaked out...called me horrible names, texted me obscenities for two days straight. It was ugly. He apologized after 3 days of me not showing any anger (I couldn't because I was hurting so badly) but it left us to where we can't even be friends.

In any case, even though I've been in my new relationship for nearly 2.5 years, I still feel the sting of this past thing. I feel like I never got any closure I've even tried to reach out to him for friendship twice since that incident without any luck.

I've always wanted him to admit that he did in fact love me and that he's sorry for all of the pain he caused me. I know I can't count on that and I haven't been expecting it, but it would be nice. it would help me heal.

I would also like a 'thank you' for some nice things I did for him while he was very ill but again... not likely from him. However, I would feel like less of a fool and I would feel like I could let go of some of the pain if I had proper closure... some explanations & apology.

This could be what you see in that SR.

My Jupiter return started last month sometime (I think) and it has been really good so far.

12 years ago, I was separated from my ex-husband and struggling to survive with our 1 year old son. However, he was military and we were stationed in Europe, so somehow I managed to take my boy to lots of historical places to do sightseeing that he doesn't remember but he often asks me about.

In a way, I was lucky because I don't even know how we financially survived, to be honest. I had a lot of supportive friends that year though (until we moved away).

I'm over HIM.

I'm not over the part where I was emotionally played with, lied to, strung along, etc. I felt like it was a real relationship and he wasn't even considering anything long-term. It's frustrating because when I am dating, I am completely okay with casual flings and I told everyone I dated that info up front. In my mind, I thought that would prevent the idea that they would have to lie to me to get me into bed.

But it was like a sick game to him, I think, by having me chasing him and being so kind trying to win his heart. I was a single mom and so lonely at the time. He took advantage of that.

I loved him & I don't fall out of love, I just let go when the relationship is no longer working. But with him, it took me a lot longer to let go because it started off so magical.

I'm not over the hurt or the feeling of 'How could I be so stupid?'

I wasn't happy in my presence, I had to work on my self love. when that happened I didn't needed it from him, from anyone.

You think those people can give you something... but they don't. You can give it to yourself.
When you understand that it will be simple to close everything from the past.
