Could someone help me out with a synastry reading? And what does it mean when two people have all the same planets in their houses?

Could you rephrase the second question? What exactly are you having trouble with?

What does it mean when two people have ALL the same house placements? And do these two compliment each other in the creative sense...I can't seem to find anything on aspects that point toward creativity in synastry. An emotional or spiritual connection? And is there anything that sticks out that would prohibit these two from a connection?

Moon Square Moon is a really hard aspect to deal with. It hinders understanding at a deeper level significantly. Sun Square Venus isn't good in terms of emotional connection either as well as Mars Square Uranus and Neptune, which could be giving one of the people the illusion that the other person is someone they're not. Venus Conjunct Mars and Pluto is one of the hotter aspects in Synastry that can create intense passion and even obsession between the two people. Sun Square Pluto and Mars Square Mercury, however, make it seem like these two will not channel the intensity well. It'll probably overwhelm them, and they'll end up in very heated arguments. It could actually end up pretty bad.

Saturn is in the partner's Fifth, which would probably take away from creativity. Creativity is generally attributed to easy aspects between Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Uranus. Uranus is originality, Venus is artistry, Mercury is communication, and the Sun is self-expression, so it depends on exactly what kind of creative pursuit it is. Fifth House overlays contribute to creativity as well. The Fifth House overlays here aren't that great though. The aspects aren't either. I think it's physical attraction more than anything.

The aspect you brought up is really cool though: Ascendant Conjunct Ascendant.

ASC CONJUNCT ASC this has to do with

Idenifying With One Another

There is an immediate and mutual physical attraction between you, as well as strongly identifying with one another. However, the quality of it and how such an attraction develops greatly depends on the Signs which you both have rising(your Ascendents), which will usally be the same. Certain signs are destined to get on together better and longer, like Sagittarius or Taurus, whereas others can fall foul of a doubling up of inherent weakness. For example, Libra can fall in love with love only to find a mirage is all that they're left with; Gemini can amuse and intrest each other but never get that involved; Cancer can cling together tightly and securely, but suffer claustraphobia later. Aries or Leo would be exciting but competitive; Virgo just right or just not quite right. Scorpio is a pairing that can definitely merge and stay that way, come hell or high water; but Capricorn would get to dull if it ever got off the ground at all. Aquarius could be a very easy, friendly pairing as long as neither wanted anything more profound. Finally, Pisces could be blissful if they managed to stay entwined long enough to find out. Furthermore, this interaction is one to get you going in the first place, but the course of your relationship will fall to the other interactions between you.

Although, honestly, the Conjunctions for all of the house cusps, not just the First, are so wide that I'm not really sure how significant they are. It may be weakly felt if it all.

Hope this helps
