Yes, it looks like it to me. ASC is conjunct royal star spica, a good omen. 4th house from the 10th as to the "end of the matter" is venus again in your 11th house of wishes and gains. Looks good 👍

This is true..I do agree however even though venus is in fall, it is still in dignity by triplicity. Taking a closer look though, moon is in the 12th and peregrine so I think there's something unknown about the situation. Plus, moon makes an applying opposition to uranus indicating something unexpected will occur. With Saturn in the first, which is considered a stricture, it looks like there will be some delays. But your 3rd house ruler jupiter is in your 10th of career and makes an applying sextile to the moon. So I think an interview is coming but it may be not this week. It looks more like either a couple weeks or a couple months.
