Also, for those readers who seem to connect better to some members better than others here, maybe have them designate in their threads who they would like to read for. Maybe that will help to lessen the number of people here taking offense to each other, since it can be hard at times to always check our egos at the door before we enter.

It would be voluntary and not something anyone else here decides. I think if you know you are practicing, then you would fall into the novice group. Just like when people get new decks of cards they want to try out. If you have been reading for a good while and people have given you good reviews, then you can consider yourself more proficient at it and fall into the experienced category.

This isn't at all about judging someone's reading ability, but more so about having the opportunity to learn and not be criticized for it.
