I'm just wondering what other people see in my chart career-wise.
Feel free to throw around some keywords, or write a long message. Anything will be greatly appreciated.

chart is in my signature.

Okay, I am a novice but here is my assessment:

So far, it appears you start new career endeavors with a lot of enthusiasm just to burn out and get bored.

Have you made a lot of career changes? I am asking because your dominant elements seem to be Earth & Air and I can see how they would "compete" with each other.

However, because Capricorn is the ruler of your second house (one of the "professional" houses), I went looking for where Saturn is hanging out. I spotted Saturn in your second house as well This is a good place (IMO) because it seems like no matter what you do, you will do well financially.

Taurus rules your sixth house, so like above, I went looking for where your Venus is hanging out. I found it in Virgo, another Earth sign so now the feeling I am getting is that you need to be in the position of serving or helping others, especially when combined with your Virgo sun. I would have said a good fit is in the medical industry (maybe nursing) until I checked out your tenth house.

Your tenth house being ruled by Libra tells me you need your work to be balanced by working with a partner (a co-founder or co-creator) or by working directly WITH people (like a consultant) instead of working FOR people. You can't be in a position of being a servant or having sole responsibility for anyone else.

I have no idea why, but I felt wedding photographer or wedding consultant. Does that even remotely sound fun?

Lastly, it also looks like Saturn is trine your MC and from what I understand, this shows you will have an easy time attaining your goals no matter which path you choose because Saturn is known for hard work, perseverance, etc.

That's all I've got for now. I'll have to look at it some more later.

Edit - people with more experience can feel free to agree or disagree...

Hi Geeky,
thank you! You're very (painfully) right, I start jobs or take interest in a career path only to get bored and burned out. That's exactly why I'm looking for something to point me in the right direction.
I even spend an hour on sokanu.com answering questions and looking at my compatible careers, find one that really interests me, do some research about it, think "this could be it!" for a couple of weeks, until I get bored and 'remember' that I'm not willing to put that much effort into something I won't feel like doing after a year.
I wonder if this has to do with the Uranus+Neptune Squaring my MC+Mars?

I thought Saturn in the 2nd meant money would only come after slow, hard work. It's true that I have not been completely dry though, partly because I'm can be very careful. And just now, I got an unexpected check that will pay for my recent unexpected expenses...

My venus is not in virgo though, it's in leo in the 8th house; and venus also rules my libra MC+mars.. which is confusing to me. Mars in libra? Leo venus.. in the 8th?

It does help me to have a partner - to a certain extent. I don't like relying on someone else, I can be socially awkward and accidentally hurtful, and I've been told people don't like working with me... although the person who said this was ranting to co-workers about what a terrible person I am and that "nobody wants to work with me" because I was sick on the day that he wanted me to work his shift so he could see his daughter, and I just couldn't ignore my fever for this, and I usually covered for everyone - even working a 13 hour night shift so a guy could go to a concert. I took it to heart anyway and wonder how much more I can give to be a better co-worker?

sorry, I'm ranting again lmao.

No, wedding photographer doesn't sound really fun, but I've never really thought about it...
also, does the 8th house matter at all? (rules MC and 6th Ruler)
I've worked with.. ahem, dead people. I really enjoyed putting makeup on them.. Ok this sounds weird. But I did. making them beautiful and 'lively' one last time so their relatives can say goodbye. (Maybe that's the 8th house venus at work?)
My fear, as usual, is that I'll get 'bored'. I have to go to university for this, I believe. This is why I'm currently reluctant to start anything.. scared that I'll be unreliable or lose interest.

You've been very helpful. I didn't realize I just might work in embalming after all
thanks a lot

Still looking forward to getting insight from anyone!

Oh that sounds like me SO MUCH! I stay in my profession because I'm good at it, but I am ALWAYS looking for something I would love to do.

I was literally just looking at trying to go back to school to be a medical coder but then I saw the pay and went "PFFFFFFT!!!"

I thought, "Why would I drop money on an education to earn that?"

Meh. I tend to get super excited about something but then look at the education requirement vs. the pay and I just don't bother.

Truly, I was my happiest in food service. There just isn't any money there unless you are a manager (and I don't want to be... BTDT, too stressful!).

I don't share those aspects, but we are both Virgo Suns with Mercury in Virgo & Mars in Libra.

From what I can see, it seems like you'd need a career where you'd be very active to keep from getting bored or restless. Mars conj MC, something Marsy. With a strong Mercury placement as well, I'd think something like a journalist, someone who gets to travel for their work (Uranus in Sag in 1st, Sag AC), perhaps requiring an active mind, but also body: someone who reports, studies or participates in Marsy things. Are you interested in fitness training, martial arts, hiking, mountain climbing? Sports medicine? Joining the peace corps or some other organization where you get to travel and do different things? What about being a flight attendant? lol

You have to choose something that everyone walks away saying ifaf did this. Clothing designer, hairdresser, furniture... something that comes with signatures. All the designing fields would use that virgo...(cannot see the tree for the leaf) and people could walk away using YOUR name. Not only does it have to use your incredible talents (and your people skills) but you need something that enhances your name....

@Geeky yep, pretty much the same lol.

bopbop - That does make sense.. I'm always pacing when I have nothing to do and I do more than my actual job if I'm finished my own assigned tasks. Unfortunately I think that Libra part makes me too lazy for real physical activity
Peace corps and journalism are definitely interesting. Thank you!

T, also true. But I'm scared of becoming a true narcissist sometimes haha. and of course, designer has also interested me.

Those were all very helpful, thanks guys.

Sorry I neglected to at least say thanks earlier - been pretty sick lately.

Reading some of your other posts, I realized the Libra would probably make you less... Aries go boxing champion type haha. Active doesn't necessarily mean sports, just action of some kind, I suppose. It makes me think of my boyfriend's mother. I don't know her placements (except Aqua Sun) but she is in her 70's and just never stops. She's always got to be working on a project, whether gardening, home repair, woodworking (yes, she joined a woodworking club full of burley men who were quite shocked when this 72 year old woman joined to show off her skills), writing (she's a playwright), teaching, etc. She never watches TV. It's kind of insane, but I wouldn't be surprised if she had an aspect like Mars conjunct Midheaven.
