hello may I have one please I'm accepting a new job in a different location a couple hours away. this position will be a leadership role and it will be a very big role one that I'm used to but not perfected at so what do I need to know or learn in terms of managing successfully and ensuring that I have successful relationships with the ones I work with that has always been a challenge for me. I can't leave this job because I signed a two-year contract so I'm someone that will leave because I usually have offers waiting for me. But with this job if the going gets tough I don't like it, I cannot just up and leave I'll have to work through it at least for 2 years anyways

These all seem to be great cards indicating that harmony, success and beauty are all within your reach. I can see how you once thought your situation was helpless but now you have found new hope in this job offer. Your work has finally paid off. This is bringing you lots of new energy, thus why you are thinking about it a lot and concerning yourself with what might happen in the future. You are now more motivated than in the past.
