Ugh why are guys so weird!!!! OK so was feeling vibes from guy I work with, he asked me to hang out, we did it was awesome he kissed me, was all about me and had the most romantic night, doesn't call me after that and then I go to work tonight totally ignores me and I wasn't even trying !!! What's his deal??? Then my best friend that I haven't seen in forever comes there and tells them outside that my bestest friend forever is here and he talks to me, run or wing it? Wtf is going on

I dont use cards but I will give you what I get from this.

I get a sense he is playing games to see how much you would be into him and how much you would be willing to run after him. Withdrawing communication is the way he wanted to see your reaction. I feel he likes getting attention so your friend was a way to show his cold hot games.
I have a feeling these games might go on for a bit but he does like you. He is just not up for showing everything at once.
He is doing the chase and I would say be careful not to give in fast because he would lose interest fast.
You not giving in on the first night did confuse him, I would say he is very much used to girls giving into his charms right away and when that does not happen he is not sure how to take it from there
