Yes it most definitely seems he's a smooth talker and could woo woman into trusting him. The card(page of cups reversed) shows that he is a womanizer and isn't what he really appears to be. He is always in sort of hurry to get things done his way and doesn't stay at same place or person for long time.

So I think the STDs could be true about him. I think dont risk yourself over him. There are plenty other fish in sea

I had kind of a hard time interpreting this so, I apologize in advance!

Strength - I feel like this one is pointing to the one where you will gain the most intellectual strength, which one do you feel that would be? The one that would expand your mind, ideas and knowledge.

the chariot - ok, I think this one is indictive of the one you can get to easiest by vehicle your own car...how far are these places from where you are now? I think this card is indicative of your own car and you the person driving the chariot.

Justice - Ok, I think these means the place where your will feel is most diplomatic for you, where there is a sense of fariness for all people, again open minded, good and fair treatment of all people. I feel like you may know which one of these is a fair balanced diplomatic place.
