-CLOSED-Thank you for helping me out! I'll do the remaining readings first thing in the morning (too much sugar to do anything atm...). --- I'd like to evaluate how well my pendulum and I work together (as it seems to be really accurate for me in some areas but not so much in others). If you'd like to help, post a yes/no question that you know the answer to (or that you'll know the answer to within a week), and then tell me whether the pendulum was right after I answer your question. (10 sitters would be ideal.) Thank you! IP: Logged |

Ok, here's the rest of the readings, a bit later than promised (work and then another sugar overload...).ProxyBlue: Yes. Adimi: Maybe. (lol It wouldn't budge. I asked three times!) sid: No. (And you aren't studying atm, either, according to the pendulum.) SolarLeoQueen: Maybe. (Sorry--it wouldn't move away from that answer at all.) ReeseC: Yes. Jerseyshore: No. MineAgain, thank you so much for the feedback! It sucks that the answer was wrong, but at least I know it was. ETA: But wasn't your question: [deleted]? *confused* Edit #2: Never mind, I think I remembered the actual question (is he back & not if he's still there). IP: Logged |

That does make sense, you know why? Because I wasn't wearing boots yesterday... However, I am today, even though I wasn't planning to! eheh IP: Logged |

Btw, how much practice does it take to use a pendulum and how accurate would you say they are? Also, do you need other tools to use one? Or can you use it alone? I've been curious about that for a while now, but never asked anyone.IP: Logged |

I went ahead and went shopping. I deserve a pair of shoes or two right lol? But let me go ahead and throw away the receipt before my buyers remorse kicks in.

Thank you for the feedback, everyone!! (That's so funny about the boots, Adimi! And do I get you re buyer's remorse, ReeseC... ) It sucks that my pendulum wasn't all that accurate, but... looking at the questions, I think that also may have something to do with ambiguity/vagueness of some words in them--does "studying" mean that you're sitting with an open book/laptop and going over your notes, or that you are currently enrolled in a course? Does going over your notes count if you're posting on a forum/Facebooking/doing whatever online at the same time? How recent is "recently"? Obviously, I'm not saying that's why the readings were inaccurate (as some readings for myself have been inaccurate although my language was very, very precise on purpose)--just food for thought. I'll keep practicing!ProxyxBlue: I'm not an expert (obviously, lol)--I just picked it up early this year, and I've been using it a few times per month (so not really diligently). My readings for my sister and a cousin have been pretty accurate (much more accurate than my readings on the forum lol), but my readings for myself... eh, not so much, unfortunately (esp. when it comes to love questions). (So glad that you got your money back, btw!) IP: Logged |

Thank you for responding. I was curious about getting into it, but I doubt it's something I would stick with and most likely I'll forget about it weeks later lol. Do you use the actual chain pendulum, or did you make it yourself? I've heard you can make one yourself using various items even a paper clip. I would try, but as I said before I probably wouldn't stick with it, lol. I'm glad I got my money back too! IP: Logged |

I think you should try it as long as you're aware that it might not be accurate all the time (or that it may even be more wrong than not, lol). It can also be really fun if you're having a girly afternoon/night. I actually use a pendant that I used to wear pretty often (so maybe I'd be more accurate if I had a "real" pendulum?), and a really simple board with yes/no/maybe, letters and numbers (although I actually pretty much only use and put much more stock in yes/no q&a).IP: Logged |
