It appears you guys were or are in love. Well he most definitely isn't willing to sacrifice himself or let you go. He's following you because he loves you, but there isn't any assurity to your relation which is stopping him from coming strong.

He wants to have you in his life, by hook or by crook, i don't see a gentle action here although the intention are purely gentle.

I even asked him why he is spying on me and he flat out denied it and said I'm harassing him! I was like WTF you are harassing me!! So i emailed him again after i got two professionals to confirm he is spying on me and told him he was a liar and that i know the truth and i didn't hear back from him.
