Hi, I have been battling with a technical issue at work past 2 weeks. I'm wondering if you see me resolving it this week or how do you see this issue going for me this week? thanks and happy to exchange.

Hello moonstar

I can exchange with you. My question is how did he feel about my FB message and why didn't he reply? How does he feel about me?

hi venus,

I pick up a neutral feeling from him. leaning more of in a lack of interest from him. he feels busy or preoccupied..i don't think he will reply. if he did, i don't feel a lot of energy in the reply either..it just feels like a lack of interest, he just isn't feeling it. this may change later, but just not seeing it right now.

Hi Bella

Thanks. I appreciate it. It is a technical data issue I'm having with my "controls" in a dataset. They are reading out of range and I'm trying to diagnose the issue. I know it's not the controls themselves. Do you see this situation resolving itself this week where my controls will read normal again alongside the other data points in the same batch setup? I'm running out of time.

Hi
I'll answer it from my perspective but if you like to do an exchange I would welcome that as well so if so here's my question

what's going to happen with this new merger between my hospital and the university....will they create 2 gme offices or only 1? if they keep one gme office, in which the hospital and the University will share, will it be in the hospital or move over to the university?

Or if they decide to create another gme office at the university, will there be talks with me and the university in regards to me working at the universities office? .... I just left their Chicago office a week ago to take this new position at the hospital and now the University's campus down here I'm currently at is merging with this hospital so I can see where they might possibly talk with me about joining that universities office as I have the three years experience in the Chicago office

No, sorry...the data will not match up so even if you get the first part working you're really going to be scrambling this week this is going to be very busy over exhausting week for you. Extra work will need to be put in. it looks like it's going to be late so if you have a deadline or somebody else needs to see these numbers or whatever it is, it looks like it's going to be late. not that it's a fault of yours for lack of quality.... another group doesn't look happy with productivity or whatever it is you're going to be turning in. I don't know what you mean by you're running out of time but this will probably be a bad week for you, I'm sorry to say. when I say this I want to stress.... it's over work and you being extremely busy and exhausted and not anything extreme such as you being harassed or yelled at or fear of losing a job. so it looks like your first part will be fixed but not the data match up and that's what you'll be working to edit

Thanks cherful. For your question I see the University come up stronger. So what ever the outcome the uni will play a dominant role in this and offer more job opportunities.
So I feel that one gme office will ve created and be in the uni. As for you working at the uni office, I feel it's too early to tell. There are some other people they want to hire during this change. I feel you will stay put where your new position is at the moment. I don't feel changes for you just yet. But when they come I feel you'll be able to handle it. It's just too early to tell from my insight if you will work at the University or not because there's some other things thet need to take care of first

I think they will eventually be worked out, but not unfortunately in time. You will try to meet the deadlines of your superiors and use your communication skills to get everyone together. Possible disharmony in communication and cutting words. But, no matter your efforts, there will be a feeling of failure because you couldn't get it done as quickly as desired.
