Overall how do u see my new employment... will I be there longer than a year, will I do good work in their eyes, any major situations I need to know about?

How is he doing? Does he ever have any recollections of me/us or ever thinks where I am at, how iam?

you two really do click in terms of when you're together and you're cool with each other. Yet the one wants more than the other and the other isn't sure what he wants but he knows he can't leech off of you. I think that's why he dates other people hoping one will be his miracle. so why you keep thinking it's because of what you look like it's not he seeks other girls who he feels can pull them up into a better life almost a happier life as if he's somewhat depressed or bipolar. he uses them he doesn't see them for what's in their heart. so that's where you went out he does like was genuinely in your heart but he's not self aware or considerate or giving he's looking out for his overall best interest

I don't want to say it's because he's too busy but I feel he's got other things going on in his life and its not that he's not making room for you he's not necessarily making the room for any new girl. He's a true FWB with girls right now. so just keep in mind if you do want to get mixed up with him he doesn't know what he wants and where he's going so its going to be like... she's a cool girl and I like spending time with her let me hit her up. Then next week you might not hear from him. he's just not putting priority into a relationship so its not that he's really busy with work but he's busy with his life.

maybe in the future the timing will be better for you two to connect for right now I don't think he's putting much effort into any girl or any relationship he just wants a companion and intimacy when he misses it

I'm now on my second week so far things seem to be good yes there's a lot of different work involved but I was so overwhelmed for so many years I feel like this is actually less so. but I do have more experience than the manager so I can see where I will be the one relied on but she seems very nice.

can you look into this a little bit more especially about the hurt feelings. does it show how long I'll last in position or office? will there be issues with the whole office in terms of being overworked and this harmony between others or is it just me that's going to have issues
