My question is so at my new job that I am at there is a manager of the department but no director, and there never has been....there's nobody that's actually had good experience to run the department well so it's crumbled. The manager has a lthrough a lot of change in this depth so she's kind of been here for 6 months and dealing with a change, but she's not experienced. I do see her working hard......Will she stay? Will they hire a director....could I replace her as a manager or even get the director title... or move to a higher position? family only one with years of experience and knowledge and I feel like I keep overstepping because I'm the only one that gives the information to everybody I'm the one that is training the staff because nobody knows anything so I don't know how the manager feels about that. I mean I just started a week ago and already co workers are coming to me for help. The manager had asked me to run everything through her first. I think while she needs me desperately to better this office...she could hold me down... be an enemy or am I just getting paranoid but I'm doing a lot of things to where I have to send it to her and then she sends the email out as if she found all that information and did all that work...but this could be normal procedure. I'm not use to not being the one who has all owner ship on my work.

I got for you:Ace of Cups - Death - 3 of Wands - 8 of Cups - 5 of Pentacles - Heremit. Seems like they won't hide anyone for the director position, as I see them with almost no money to deal with such a position. I see you doing the same thing, helping people there. ut you need to be more positive: it won't be their advantage, but only yours. You'll gain more experience in colletive work. You have this inside you... I see too a transformative time inside your soul, through helping others, you can see and help yourself in some facets of your personality that need help. Look inside yourself for this work. You'll get experience and then you'll get a higher position, but again, be patient, seems like money isn't easy in this job for they to pay you a higher one... thanks!What about my manager.... Will she stay .... Will she be scared that I'm gonna replace her or anything... Will we get along well.
I feel they are hiding something from me. I know the local university is looking to partner and grow their med school, talks are happening now....but I think my manager and her boss know something that they are not sharing....Can u look into this... do they no if they will expand this office or expand at the university level and therefore this office would move into the university...or perhaps even close this office

I see you breaking away from your home. They're be a move into a different country or move out of your parents house but there's some breakage in terms of homeland. It's due to frustration but worth it. You'll be working so I'm not sure if you have a job now but I can see you working consistently so it looks like you'll have changes but consistent growth in areas that you actually need to build on

I got for youKnight of Cups - Fool - Queen of Swords - 9 of Swords - King of Cups - Devil Humm..... Seems to me that the thing they are hidding are they are having som kind of relationship. Is that possible? I see a woman with almost no feelings, very logical, she throws herself in the things she believes, as adventure. I see more worries, but I don't see your office to grow into a university. Seems like for a while they will stay with what they have for a while.... I see too much worry by their part, money isn't coming.... As they want to do something better, but things aren't the best for they to build right away... IP: Logged |

Yes... They are merging with university...
That we knowBut what is odd is if the hospital and university will each have separate gme offices... that would be strange so I'm thinking they're will be one...but where. But maybe I'm wrong and they won't have one but 2. How long do u see me in my position? Are me and the manager going to get along well? Will she step on me , etc. Also how will this office of girls get along... anythingI should know about Ty quote:

I see that you'll pass some troubles, but I see that you'll remain a time in this job. You'll need to use more of your mind to show them that you're able to stay on this one.... But in this job I see you receive what you deserve, it is the meaning of the 6 of Pentacles.... Dear, I have another question for you: how long my mother will bother me with non sense things?? for a very very long time if you still live at home this might be the reason why you leave you're going to come to a point when you need to be with people that are just like you and stop taking away from your energy I don't know if the issues between your mom and your brother only or if the directing it towards you either way I think this is why I saw you moving from your home you really just need serenity when you come home and you're going to make your move finding it. quote:
