I'm very Idle right now, i just don't wish to jump and do anything that comes to mind. I was looking for some career opportunity, that actually captures my interest, when will I get it.

It appears that yes she is going to harm you in future. The reason I can see is envy. You're a woman of values and esteem who is in a better financial state than her. It appears that she just can't handle that. You want to see people around you not in pain(if not happy) which appears illogical to her.
