My god that's a complicated chart like my cousin's. I hate remarking on charts like these unless I give a full reading because most often things don't apply unless you go really deep into it and combine all aspects. But I'll comment, and forgive my wrong interpretations when there are because for me it's practice. I usually just read my own chart and synastry/composites related to my own life. But Athene is right. Strong 11th house with significant 3rd house placements is what should be the focus here.
I don't know how I feel about cusp just yet but even if cusp didn't matter he's very much a Gemini with his Mars, Venus, and Mercury in 11th house Gemini
With the North Node in the 3rd house I would expect his future to be in the realm of communication. Whether he gains repute as a rapper, or even in business where he may use his speaking ability to bridge gaps in deals.
My curiosity, Moon in the 3rd, I wonder if he has a real need to process his emotions through speech, writing, or whatever? I have Moon in the 8th, and I don't have that need at all.
We should note Venus is looking at his North Node from the 11th to 3rd house which probably promises a future in the arts of communication.
His Midheaven has sextiles from his Mercury and Venus in the 11th, perhaps this would mean application of these talents to his public life/career?
I'm saddened by all the Jupiter squares to the prominent 'destiny' positions. Jupiter square True Node, and Midheaven. I would look into that. But! Negative Jupiter energy is probably the easiest to turn around. I have Jupiter trine Midheaven and I believe it helps me get along with authority figures and those above me. The square may mean you clash with authority. If you do, it could really negate your Midheaven progress until you learn to deal with that. This is a guess, I have no experience with the square.
Look at all those positive Neptune aspects! You must be creative to a great degree. This may also be the reason why he finds value in astrology. I have Neptune sextile Mercury and I can be rather creative and daydreamy so I imagine the trine you have between Neptune and Mercury adds the same kind of energy.
Neptune looking at your 3rd house Moon probably creates creativity for you if you're the type of person to put pen to paper when you process your emotions. It is also trining the 11th house Mercury which I would venture a lot of the intellectual interest and writing would be about - people mostly. Does he write on world conditions? Humanitarian efforts?
Ok, I think I'm done for now. A lot of this was guess work on top of my head. I'll comment after I have more time and hopefully someone with more experience comes along.
