I see the tension in the 5/wands, not entirely sure who I'm sensing the tension from but the card shows it could be between multiple people which I suppose makes sense since this is a work environment. I do see that she will leave through the 6/swords, it looks like she will feel like she has no choice but to move on & 10/pentacles shows a happier, more fulfilled workplace
