It is not really super important, but tomorrow I am going to see the musical "Shrek" and just wanted to know if it is going to be a good time (I will be going with my brother).

And no, no Mr Sag this time.

Unless of course he decides to see it tomorrow as well, which is more than unlikely though.

I'd like to give it a go. Lately I feel like the cards have been a hit or miss for me (or maybe it's my interpretation)...

So it will be good to see what happens.

I got for you - cross + rider + sun + book + moon

I would say there would be some complications with getting there maybe, or prior to traveling there you might have some issues. The show itself will be good (sun).

Got to be honest I'm curious about the book + moon. I'm going to say that the show might leave you with some emotions and you'll think things through. You know how sometimes you leave a movie or show and it really makes you think... so maybe that what it will be like. That being said, you won't share your thoughts, it will be more like inner feelings.

thank you.

Except for thje Cross, which has been following me around lately, it looks good.

Well I noticed, and also read, that usually the Cross is a pain mostly for the card preceding, but tends to take on a very fated quality with the card following, though there can still be a lot of exhaution and pain coming with it. so if this is true there will be a fated message/ or visitor I suppose. loo

Like the Sun and Moon in there, and the book, well I would have interpreted it as well, but was tempted to look up the combinations on the internet. lol

Cross + rider (1): help is on its way, destined visitor
Rider + sun (31): news of success, news of achievement
Sun + book (26): success at school, important information
ook + moon (32): psychologist, psychiatrist, creative writer, successful book

Cross + moon (32): self-sacrifice, fated recognition
Rider + book (26): secret news, news about studies, discovery

There seems a definite theme there. lol
However, what news would I learn about at a musical like Shrek? ROFL

When is the show? Can't wait to see how it goes.

For me the cross isn't too dramatic... well none of the cards are dramatic. Maybe because I usually pull daily cards for myself and I learned that even when all these dramatic cards pop up (cross + scythe + coffin) as a daily spread it won't actually be too dramatic (so with cross + scythe + death it could be that I would struggle with going to some event (cross) decide not to go (scythe) and have a lazy night in bed (coffin)).

But yeah with lenormands you never know.. can be so literal. I had a cross the other day and we actually went to visit a monument of this giant cross...

But anyway I think the show will be good!

I just came back from the show.

Well as for daily spreads, those are usually coming with weaker or more literal manifestation of the cards.

Hmm, it was nice, not totally great though, partly cause there was too much hectic in the theatre (a lot of children being there, a lot of coming and going during the show itself, a lot of parents having to check their messages on their mobiles, which was a little annoying. )

The show itself was nice as I said.
There was a part before the first half ended when I became a little emotional and actually tearyeyed. Not becsause of the show itself, but it was the final song before the intermission, and that song, well it was the one Mr Sag was messing up because of me during his concert in june (at least he said so, or actually he aid he had been messing it up totally because of a lady in 2nd row just to the far right, which possibly has been me, and his following reactions to me seemed to confirm that).

In fact I was reminded of that part of the concert during the scene on stage today (Moon=memory?). I remember that in the beginning he was starting to sing the song, and the lyrics came through to me or he did something, and I had to laugh so heartily, and then had the moment like he was staring at me for a moment and stumbling across his words. But of course I thought I was delusional about that, but well with that remark later in the concert, it seems I might not have been THAT delusional after all.

So yes, the song made me a little emotional today, of course,

btw this was the song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUCDOuPh3NU

(that is not Mr Sag singing though)

"I guess I'd be a hero, With sword and armor clashing
Looking semi dashing, A shield within my grip
Or else I'd be a Viking and live a life of daring
While smelling like a herring, upon a Viking ship.
I'd sail away, I'd see the world, I'd reach the farthest reaches
I'd feel the wind, I'd taste the salt and sea.
And maybe storm some beaches.
That's who I'd be. That's who I'd be.

Or I could be a poet and write a different story,
One that tells of glory, and wipes away the lies
And to the skies I'd throw it, the stars would do the telling
The moon would help with spelling, and night would dot the 'I's
I'd write a verse, Recite a joke, with wit and perfect timing.
I'd share my heart, confess the things I yearn, and do it all while rhyming.
But we all learn. But we all learn.

And Ogre always hides, an Ogre's fate is known
And Ogre always stays in the dark and all alone

So yes I'd be a hero, and if my wish was granted
Llife would be enchanted, or so the stories say.
Of course I'd be a hero, and I would scale a tower
And save a hot-house flower, and carry her away
But standing guard would be a beast, I'd somehow over whelm it,
I'd get the girl, I'd take my breath, and I'd remove my helmet.

We'd stand and stare, we'd speak of love, we'd feel the stars ascending
We'd share a kiss, I'd find my destiny
I'd have a hero's ending, a perfect happy ending.
That's how it would be
A big bright beautiful world

But not for me.
"

anyway funny enough during the song they were showing a big bright fulmoon in the background. That is how literal lenormand can get.

What a lovely song Ceridwen!

I went to read my cards and interpretation again.
Cross + rider - I thought meant obstacles getting to the place but it seemed obstacles/annoyance of the people coming and going - that's cool.
Sun - it was a good show (not great though).
book + moon - hidden emotions ... And my initial interpretation that the you'll feel emotional from the show but not something you'd want to share...

Checking the cards again after the event is my favorite part!

Glad you enjoyed the show (even if it wasn't great...)

Yes, definitely made sense.

Do you want to pull some more cards for me, or am I asking too much?
I can exchange, too, if you have a question.

Sure, happy to practice some more

My question - how will I celebrate my birthday? (it's in two weeks time, not sure what I'll do...)

LOL, mine too.
18th december, I turn 40, and have no idea yet what to do!

I will pull some cards.

My question (well I have several actually):

I will have to undergo a medical and fitness examination on wednesday to get the approval for becoming a magistrate (I am only employed as of now).
How will this go?

for you:

bouqet - lily - scythe - road - mice - heart - Moon

Well, the focus card is road (ironically road can represent a firesign woman. lol), however here it seems to be about the choice you have to make about your birthday.

In the background there is a lot of appreciation and wishing well, but with lily and scythe, there might be some family unrest, or you will have to make a quick decision how to spend it.

The Mice following after the road, seems to show there will a bit of worry and anxiety, but it will fade and make room for a really lovely birthday. Heart and Moon. Wow, romantic, loving!

Summarizing it I think there will a bit of stress and exhaustion due to the quick decision you have to make, and you might worry a bit, but in the end it will be a very nice and loving birthday.

That's so cool! There are so many sagittarius around (so many birthdays lately).

For your question I got
Coffin + anchor + moon + birds + scythe

I'm confused but I think that firstly the ordeal will end on Wed (both Coffin and scythe).
I can see you'll be worried and won't want to do it (Coffin + moon).
You'll have a chat about it (birds).
And hopefully it'll be decided that you won't need to do it (scythe).

Thanks for the spread! I'm leaving this birthday celebration to the last second so quick decision makes sense!

I don't like the moon as the last card but oh well.... Night time will be emotional..

Thanks.
Well, of course not a good spread, and you are right I am more than stressed out about it.
It will a real ordeal, and I don`t really think it will be successful, and probably not with that spread anyway. lol

But I don`t have a choice, I MUST do it. no way around it.

When I did the examination 10 years ago, the only reason I was not made a magistrate, but instead just employed, was my overweight. I have lost a lot of weight, which is why I wanted to try this again, but it might simply not be enough.

And on top of the weighing it comes with a lot of other examinations, possibly xraying of my lungs, definite blood and urine samples to make a check up, a bit of a fitness/ physical flexibility test, seeing, hearing, and whatever.

And on top of it all I can`t find the documentation of my vaccination as a child, well it all depends on the doctor doing the examination, but honestly I have a bad feeling, and i just hope I donīt make matters worse. I mean at least I am employed and working as of now, I wouldnīt want to risk that.

But whatever, I will be just relieved when wednesday is gone.

I wouldn't want to do such an examination. Hate fitness stuff...

Here's a tip - before Wednesday just keep repeating to yourself - Why is it so easy for me to pass the examination on Wednesday. (The 'why is it so easy for me' in the beginning is really important, the rest of the sentence you can change to how you seem fit).

It can't hurt.

I have my fingers crossed for you!!!!!

Very exhausting, cause of my nervosity.

(I was so nervous I even forgot your mantra! Thank you nevertheless though)

My nervosity was affecting my bloodpressure quite a lot, starting with 180 and ending with 140 at the last time they took it. A drop of 40 within an hour? Phew, I need to be a bit more Zen I suppose!

Well there were a lot of talking and discussion (not bad), and also some general health suggestions (like having my iron level checked again at my doctor), and of course I am not as mobile as I could or should be, but all in all it still went fairly well despite these flaws. Well she was impressed by the weightloss, too, actually she was blurting out when she was looking up from my old file and at me: "You donīt really look like 140 kilos anymore." LOL

No, certainly not, though of course it was just hours before getting my period so I was at my heaviest this month. *Sighs* Which gives me a BMI of 33,4.

She said though, that it looked rather positive (despite definite room for improvement), but we have to wait for the blood result. Well they had already the result of three things, cholesterine, glucose and one thing they test about the liver, and these three were all normal;
but they were not finished yet.

However, all in all it looks pretty encouraging so far, but I want to have the document in my hands to have something tangible, you know?

So now it is waiting...

I hope so.

Interestingly I feel totally detached from the result at the moment. Like now that its out of my hands, it`s just whatever will be will be. lol
