I've been contemplating switching career prospects because clearly my so-called "prestigious" college degree served me no purpose. I completed a dual law degree with honors (only 6 students admitted each year) but I can't seem to find a job anywhere/of any kind . It baffles me.Most of my former classmates have found jobs in top law firms/NGOs/corporations and I'm not doing anything with my life. This drives me insane.
Hence, I'm now looking into other options. I am kindly seeking some advice. I'm planning on going to graduate school at some point but I don't want to make the same mistake I did before. I don't want to enroll in a program that will turn out to be a "dead end".
I'm not planning on becoming a lawyer although sitting the Bar Exam is part of my plans (it could at least give me a proper "qualification").
Should I continue pursuing law or switch to another prospect?
Thank you very much.
