Positivity vs negativity

Changing mindset if negative arises.

If you get the feeling like I will never get out of this don't just sit there and tell yourself that's not true. It is to simply ignore the feeling and do something that makes you feel good inside, creative and alive. This allows you to feel good and in this will bring the positive because it is what you are sending out into the universe.
That is how to manifest the positive flow. And at same time your mind has left the negative behind and focusing on something enjoyable and fun.

I think it is saying it is time to heal, awaken that passion inside of you for what it is you want to do in life, your path or life purpose it will help get you there and amber is creativity do what makes you feel good, write, paint, dance ect... There is a commercial on tv for a car and they travel with the grandmother. She and the granddaughter are hugging the tree and soon the parents join in hugging the tree. ( that is what came to mind when I read that)
