No, I am not feeling a problem with you, I feel he has the need to push away people. In a way he is trying to fihgt his demos by pushing away people who he knows would care. I feel he is doing something egoistical and not from the heart. Trying to get some attention

A can be a she, I dont go by female/male but energy. It can all apply. someone who is being egoistical wanting attention and doing things to people she will know will care why she does it

Thats how it feels, that she knows you would "care" in other words that it would bother you so she does it. She would not be in this way with you if she knew it would not get to you.
I dont feel it as her having a "problem" with you, I feel it as an ego thing where she likes to power trip.
She does not view you as an equal to her
