Then when asking what is the outcome of this review, I got very very good cards, career-wise.

Now the Letter is obviously the review - you can see it is surrounded by career cards Anchor Ring Ship. The presence of Stork tells me, on one hand, that this review will being some changes, perhaps bigger than you expect, but ultimately positive. So no matter what happens as a result, the outcome is definitely positive. Something else Stork tells me is that you have to think your review in a different way than you anticipated.

That's what I got I hope the cards spoke to me, let me know if it resonates.

M feels tension and some kind of deceit in the job occuring on. dishonesty and people not being centered. M feels to need to come to terms with this reality and distance themselves before they get sucked in too deep, probably already has distanced themselves. there is someone in the situation whom has a dominanting personality and fanning some of the flames. quite a bit of a drama stirrer. but it looks like M will rise above this, indicated by the last card. It's possible M may lose the job but it won't be a surprise. They'll know it beforehand and it would be planned out.

Chariot overall is a generally positive card, indicating movement and action occuring. M will be taking some kind of action and more or less will be prepared for the loss, will rise over it and secure something better in the end of this. Either that, or they will keep the job they have and find ways to bring back order again. but the other cards indicate the job drama is already getting out of hand, and it may be better for M to view this situation to get out of there and they'll be guided towards something better.

let me see if I got it straight: there is a strong possibility M will loose his job because there are many dramatic cards pointing to a job loss and a conflictual atmosphere, but even if he does, there will be warning beforehand, then something positive comes next? Is that it? Looking at the cards, do you incline towards a "yes" or a "no" to the question?

I asked about this review, as per your OP, how this review will be, so it will be as I described: blunt, bold. Actually, looking at what Viv wrote, I got the same with Lenormand. I also saw a positive outcome of this review and it bringing changes, something you don't expect perhaps, and that you will need to reevaluate something. I also saw that you can't avoid giving the feedback, as you were wondering.

Well my OP was about if YS will be giving me the feedback, not me trying to avoid giving them feedback.

To your question, I lean towards a yes as described in my last paragraph. The other rx cards + chariot indicate change and movement, so looks like a job change is imminent but the change won't be seen as a major surprise to M and actually they are quite ready and able for the changes ahead. Whatever happens ahead will be executed in an orderly and planned fashion by M.

haha that's a great typo! well for the moment, it feels romantic, like interested. there seems to be some stress in their life though, as I feel their thoughts being occupied by wanting more money. so his intentions may seem a bit too forward for you and may rub you the wrong way. i feel if you can keep some space but you dont need to ignore him, he will be back to his regular self and express his interests more properly.

Sorry, it was a mistake there. What I meant is: it seems you can't avoid giving their NAME for feedback/review, as you anticipated. I am sorry, but the OP is a bit confusing for me. Anyway, that's the first thing I saw. Then I asked "what are the consequences of this review/feedback for YOU?" because that's what interested me, if the consequences will be positive for you or not. I confess first I thought you are the one making a presentation or something and them giving a review/feedback (because it's unclear to us readers what kind of reviews/feedback are we talking about here), and the answer to my question "what is the ultimate result?" was very positive, as I said. If you want, I can ask again, although I think my spread and Viv's are very similar, so possibly it's the good answer. As you wish ...
