Ascendant is 15.53 degrees
Pluto is 15.00 degrees

Therefore Pluto is in the 12th house, but I was wondering if I should be looking into the meaning of the first and the twelfth house? Or is there some kind of cusp definition maybe? just because they are so close together.

Also look to the house where Scorpio is on the cusp as it is tied to the ascendant.

Pluto in that position is quite a strain on the person but you will get the hang of it over time. You will really impact all things that you are involved in, in a big way.

The image for me is like this power wave going Kapow in front of you as you walk along and the you is kind of whimpering and crumbling under the draw of it that keeps you with it.

I have a daughter with Pluto in the first and a Scorpio Ascendant and she is high maintenance

People are quite attracted to her and where ever she goes she leaves a wake of people who are basically in awe of her. She always makes a good impression even when she is demanding. She's quite private and a quiet person but she likes to do things her way and makes her environment operate on her terms.

She gets a bit overwhelmed sometimes and tends to have a big sleep after work or if she has gone out. I think she really needs the time to recuperate from her powerful personality.
