So there's this guy Ive been working with for 4 months now. To be honest, when I first met him I thought we weren't going to get along at all, but it turns out we are becoming fairly close friends.
It's pretty weird how worried he always seems about me. Now don't get me wrong, I would never date a co-worker plus he's not my type, and he's a few years younger than me. But I wonder, does his constant concern come from a place of protectiveness, authoritativeness, or possibly romantic feelings?

So to rephrase my question: What are T's feelings towards me?

I'm sorry, but it seems like he's giving up on the idea of any kind of relationship working out between the two of you. I'm not saying he wants to give up...however, he's completely burnt out. Yes! I think he misses you a lot! However, the thought of trying to make things work between the two of you is painful for him.I think he honestly can't picture how things can get better. Despite that, he does seem to feel lonely when your not around.
