I think the date will get off to a rough start, but then he will become very talkative and show you a much more cultured side. I'm not seeing much romance here on your first date with J, but a chance for stimulating conversation in reference to culture, social issues and spirituality. I think you'll find him very interesting, but this kind of conversation on a romantic first date is a bit misplaced.
