Thank you Lee, it looks like I'll change residence. I just had an idea about it, haven't took any action yet. Maybe someone will inform me about a new residence and I'll do a quick move. It actually sounds like my impulsive self ).

I'll ask for advice and how to avoid the 2nd situation. I have an inkling it's one of my colleague.

Thank you! It sounds about right. The present (probably at the time of the event) is Mice: worries, stress, loss. But Whip Rider arrives - swift news, an unexpected visit, visit or news from a man, with a Key/Tree - a long-term solution. Tree as the first card shows patience and time is needed, indeed.

BTW, I just read Caitlin Mathews who says, Key as the last card is always Yes/positive to the question, showing the Key/solution to the situation described by the previous cards is found and it is a crucial solution, most likely a permanent one. The Key closes and opens for good.
