i got 2 of coins for the past, which for me stands for confusion about feelings for you. the emperor for the present which makes me think he wants to guide and direct you in some way and to be in charge of the relationship which can mean he's a control freak on the negative side and can even tend to view women as property, so he definitely wants to lead regardless of the relationship is going, he's "old school" in that way,and i think the emperor card stands for passion, and the 8 of wands for the future and for me, the 8 of wands stands for the pursuit of physical pleasure. in my opinion, not much potential for a long term relationship.

Will he be foreign? He'll be living and able to work in the same country that you are? I don't see anyone like from Europe, but south America... yes. But maybe his family is and he's not...or he's been here since he was a toddler.

looks like he will have a job, but will struggle.

Yes he'll have a job, a comfortable one. More blue collar than white... like supervisor at a retail chain... not like working at the mall!

also if you asked so many times that energy might not be very clear. Truthfully I don't have the answers for you. Maybe I'm picking up on actual facts but who knows what the future is going to be this or that. I've had many many readings that were wrong and some picked up on the fact that nobody would have known, so I just don't believe it's written in the cards or a third party person can tell you what's going to happen. I'm sorry I don't have any other applications but what I had picked up for you is what I saw but no I don't think it's going to be some other South American

it would be wierd because i typically do not date hispanic men, not out of prejudice, but because i just have not felt attracted to hispanic men - except for miguel.

I just wanted to ask two more questions what do you mean by working outside what kind of job would he have working outside? And why is he struggling with his job?
