What's going to happen at my job? My manager cornered me asking me for names and who said what....she wasn't supposed to do that, I was doing a confidential audit.

Anyways I talked to hr, not sure if I'm going to file a complaint, but maybe I should?

Not sure what's going on......

I feel your manager will get a "slap on the wrists" for this, even though she is higher up.

I feel maybe a complaint is not necessary that things will die down on their own, with which I mean she will say something along the lines of " oh never mind the names" as she will know she is not doing what is right.

for you yes I do feel you'll get a response but it's almost as if they feel like they have to. So I don't know if they felt they need to defend themselves but thats how its coming off.....it didn't sit right with them so yes you'll hear from them

Are you impatient about something? I feel you shoul dial down wanting things to happen a certain way?
I feel you should put more trust into your own work and your own way of doing somthing, I feel in general you should trust yourself and your abilities more ( not just psychic but in all areas) I feel like you are very capable but you dont take advantage of it.
I do feel you are going in a right direction but also I do feel like somtimes you need to "stop-look-observe" smell the roses sorta thing.
Also I am getting for you to focus more on yourself than others, give yourself a break and dont think everything needs to be perfect.
I feel like you need to calm and be more self asured in what you do, get that confidence up and smile more.
that is what came to me.
