I addressed concerns with human resources about my manager... but said I was not ready to file a complaint. Well hr contacted my manager!!!! WtfMy 90 review is on Monday. I'm afraid I'll be retaliated against and could be fired.
she had asked me the names of people and what they had said and it is a breach of confidentiality but because I was with in many days I felt like okay I felt like I had to but I didn't feel comfortable with it so I went to HR and now HR I contacted her but again my 90 days is not over with until Monday so love to know how this is going to play out
also is it in my best interest to let the people who told me information in confidence, that there's not been a breach of confidence and the manager knows who said what
