WOW lots of Swords for you here, huh? Starting out this seems to be the right thing to ask for you because the Ace of Swords indicates a severance of ties or at least the idea of it. With the other two cards in tow I wager you have a lot of good ideas at your job that you feel you don't get credit for and this creates tension. It turns into a battle of wills with both of you wanting to work according to your OWN way.

Your boss, who I'm assuming is the King of Swords holds back too much or maybe lashes out at the wrong people - whatever the case it's misdirected and becomes ineffective when managing the employees. People get away with stuff all the time and probably blame each other rather than taking responsibility and improving (note the lack of Wands (action) and Pentacles (responsibility, duty))

It does look like you have one person who's on your side at work and that's the King of Cups. He may lead you to the different job, or maybe he knows of a manager position that's open for you to apply for. Actually, with Emperor coming after the Death card that may be a symbol of a literal change in management. If you're looking for another job and certain you're going to leave the one you're at now - you want to step outside yourself and think about how others see you from a logical standpoint. You need to show employers you can make logical and sustained efforts when working right now.

In the future it looks like you will be rewarded with your efforts. Things are not as they seem right now with the Moon card appearing at the end, maybe people aren't themselves at work but all should even out soon.

It's interesting that the first three cards were Ace of swords, The Hierophant and The Chariot because ever since I returned from my trip (beginning of Feb) I've been contemplating the idea of finding a job overseas (maybe has to do with the fact I met a guy on the trip and he lives overseas...). So very much thinking about moving forward and away.

My job is just below my qualifications and I'm bored. When I do want to do new things it doesn't always happen because there are too many useless procedures. But yeah, you're right I very much try to do things according to my own way...

My boss is useless, I just don't really respect him because he's not consistent. And he has the habit of saying 'that person is wrong and that firm has no idea what they're doing' I don't like that... The people at work do the bear minimum and are just lazy. Yep, very much blame each other, no one wants to take responsibility.

I don't know who the king of cups can be. I mean my bosses are happy with me. I do a good job, I'm efficient and they tell me constantly that thanks to me they are a lot more efficient.
There are going to be two new managements - in March my supervisor is leaving so we'll have a new supervisor.
And as of 1st of July the firm gets consolidated and we'll be part of a new organization.
My contract ends end of June so I don't know if I'll go through with the merger... if I will be offered a role I'll only accept it if it's my qualification. I wouldn't accept the same role I am in now.

I think this is what I'll do. I'll stick with it until the end of my contract (end of June yay!) and I'm just not sure what will happen next. I am thinking about going overseas but also thinking whether I'll be able to secure a better position here once my contract ends...

I'm waiting for changes to start at work so that I will be able to ascertain the situation better.

Ah, well this is a little easier to answer because some of my knowledge from previous years can be applied here. I do see you definitely walking away from whatever you're doing now whether that be to do DJing or the commerce job. Yes, you will get the chamber of commerce job because anytime the Page of Pentacles appears (in a career reading) it indicates a job offer! Not only that but he falls right next to the Justice card and then The Moon next to it. These four cards say the energy was right to ask this question first of all and two, Justice is obviously a literal symbol for your chamber of commerce job. The Page of Swords and 6 of Wands seem to be straightforward speaking of news that you're fit for the position, or that you got hired (6 of Wands is a victory card in itself.)
