I feel like they just want to be alone for now. They aren't really in the mood for company and want to do their own thing. They don't feel in the state of mind to hang out with you it seems. It looks like they have a lot going on and would rather stick to themselves and try to relax. I don't know too much about your history with this person, but it just looks like something about you puts them off a bit? Something about you is making them nervous to the point where they feel they have to completely look away from you. The 9 of Swords shows a man in a hospital bed, biting his nails, while the nurse looks at him. She isn't doing anything to him but he has his whole body turned and refuses to look at her or what she is doing (which is nothing). Does this make sense? I can pull again if you'd like more info

I see this man being very lucky for you obviously and someone who will help you on your path in life, possibly a new beginning. The moon can be romantic as you know but also creative. I pulled anchor to clarify the moon so it seems maybe belong you with a creative career of some sort. But the anchor can also mean getting into a more stable secure romantic type relationship. Did this resonate?

As for my reading, LR is a girl. she is my neighbor. Do you think it could be something I did or do you think it might be that she's moody, maybe has the winter blues, a little depressed and just doesn't feel like making the effort?

Sorry Tgem. Please forgive me for seeing this so late!!! I do think she is moody, especially with the 4 of Cups. They just look uninterested but yeah I can see the winter blues in the 9 of Swords too. It just looks like someone that has a lot on their mind and can't seem to focus or want to focus on other things.
