Sounds like the up and down is a sign then of it getting better. I had a dream a couple months or so ago and had felt something in my head (the same as when I took the natural medicine and got too much). That will most likely happen then, and I won't need to take it anymore.

I do have someone I look after and most likely that and other work I'm trying to finish around the house is probably keeping everything health wise from getting better sooner.

Looks like he feels good about himself and doesn't act wisely in connecting with others, especially women, which could ultimately be his downfall You seem to be somewhat obsessed with him and sort of careless in how you give him attention.
