I have to throw in a disclaimer: I am still a newbie at this, so don't be too disheartened if it is not what you want to hear/read x

So, I pulled some cards for your initial question: Will E reach out to D soon?

I got Anchor + Sun + Clouds

These cards suggest that E will reach out (anchor + sun) to you, but he is hesitant. Though he wants to make contact with you, he keeps changing his mind about contacting you (clouds). Something appears to be holding him back.

When I asked, 'Why is holding E back?'

I pulled Crossroads + House. These cards suggest to me that there is a decision that he has to make about stability and whether he can really get this from your friendship/relationship.

Then I asked, 'So what will the outcome of his decision be?' I pulled Mice + Snake. Although these cards look bad on the surface, they can also indicate that there will have to be an agreement between you two about something before you can move forward.

Finally, I asked for a time frame. 'When will the agreement be reached?' I pulled the Moon card. This indicates 4 weeks.

However, not sure if it means that your problems with him will have concluded by then, OR the whole process starts in 4 weeks time.
