I have 2 questions for now:

1) My new job's been great but now it's getting serious and I'm starting freak out. So, how will things develop? I don't want to quit now that I'm really starting to get the hang of it but I'm just so afraid!

2) Will I start a romantic relationship with one of the guys at work? If so, who is he?

Ok, so I think the 1st card is not really giving you an answer to this question, but rather it's advising you to step out of your comfort zone. Maybe it's telling you to just "ask him his ASC", but mainly that you're so envolved with astrology that you may be giving it too much of an important role for your decisions. I'm not judging, I'm exactly like this as well, as soon as I have birth info I run to the nearest computer to check synastry lol What I mean here is that sometimes we should just go for what feels right instead of putting so much energy and hopes on a chart. But it's not easy, I know.
So, with the next two cards, I'm guessing that no, you didn't get it right, for now.
IF your guess was a fire sign, then maybe you're very close to it (though it doesn't mean it's a fire sign, it could be one right next to it). So it's rulling out AIR signs for sure.
Another possibility it thas the 9 of Wands Rx it's likely that he has some hard aspect between a planet on Sagittarius and his ascendant, or with the Queen of Wands Rx a hard aspect between a planet in Aries and his Ascendant.

I think you will quit. The new environment and the obstacles will make you quit.
However it seems after it you'll travel somewhere - maybe relocation? And it feels to me like you'll get a second chance in doing something you wanted, maybe work wise there was something you wanted to do but didn't get the chance?
Or you'll get to do something you've done before.

As with everything, the choice to quit is yours, you will face additional obstacle but even if you quit I think you'll be fine
